Specifically you will become...

You will learn how to identify, label, express, assess and manage your own emotions. You will identify your mal-adaptive core beliefs that control your emotions and to deal with them effectively, have a positive attitude and reduce your stress and anxiety.

Through positive self-talk you will learn to cope with events successfully. You will use well-known problem solving steps to solve life's problems and come up on top. You will also learn to understand the perspective of others and incorporate this into your life and adopt social norms to benefit yourself and others.

You will learn to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally (good eye-contact, appropriate facial expressions, tone of voice, body posture etc). You will also gain knowledge at reading social cues and how to remove yourself from unhealthy situations safely. Also, you will take control over your life by learning to delay gratification and therefore control your impulses and urges.

Ultimately, you will understand the implications that your imbalances cause and learn to re-balance your life again.
