Kayla has been working within the NDIS sector for almost 5 years and holds a Masters in Social work, as well as a qualification in Psychological Science. Kayla's previous roles have included being a Specialist Support Coordinator and Team Leader of Support Coordination which has assisted greatly in her understanding of the sector. She has supported many NDIS participants to achieve great outcomes. During her time as a Team Leader, she was able to mentor and educate others working in the space to improve participant outcomes. 


Kayla has experience working with all age groups and disabilities, and loves to work collaboratively with many mainstream services such as Mental Health, Correctional Services, Hospital, Aged Care facilities and Child Safety. Kayla always works with a person-centered and solution focussed approach, while ensuring she meets the needs of the participant she is supporting. Kayla enjoys being part of participant's journeys to achieve their goals and experience positive change.

Kayla was born and grew up in Adelaide, South Australia before moving to the Gold Coast in 2010.
