What Aboriginal land you are on: Bundjalung Country is on the land of the Kombumerri families of the Yugambeh Language Region.


Phoebe is a Social Worker who has been working in the NDIS sector for the last 7 years, most recently in the Specialist Support Coordination space. Phoebe's holistic approach is person centred and strengths-based, where she walks directly alongside participants, their families and formal supports to assist the participant to work towards their goals. 


Phoebe has experience working with people of all ages and with varying diagnoses, with experience in complex mental health, across both hospital and forensic settings. Phoebe is passionate about supporting young people and their families, with experience across child mental health space, including working with Child Safety. 


Phoebe prides herself on developing a positive rapport with the people she supports and their supporters, and understands that effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team is crucial to gaining positive outcomes for the people she supports. 


Fun Fact about yourself: Phoebe volunteered in South Africa working in orphanages, animal conservations and schools.
