Mental Health Crisis Intervention Training

Our Mental Health Crisis Intervention Training provides you with essential tools and strategies to respond to mental health crises with confidence and compassion. Through interactive virtual sessions or face-to-face sessions (in South East QLD/Northern NSW), participants will learn how to identify signs of crisis, de-escalate situations, and provide effective support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key topics include:

  • What is crisis intervention 

  • Identifying crisis events & stages of crisis 

  • Understanding trauma & vicarious trauma 

  • Harm minimisation 

  • Intervention strategies
